There are many different transfer options to suit all kinds of travellers and budgets, the most popular being via shuttle bus, self-drive, private transfer, boat or helicopter transfers. Our transfer times have been scheduled to meet most incoming and outgoing flights to and from Broome.

Shuttle Bus

Our bus collects you from the arrivals terminal at Broome Airport or your preferred Broome accommodation/hotel. Infants 0-3 yrs FOC.

Private Vehicle Transfers

For guests wishing to arrive and depart outside the shuttle bus transfer times, we can provide a private transfer by car. Private transfers are subject to availability and have a maximum of 4 passengers per vehicle.

Guests travelling by private vehicle transfer can be picked up from any location of their choice within Broome.

Helicopter

For those who like to arrive in style, transfers are also available by helicopter. Suitable for up to 4 passengers per helicopter with a minimum of 2 passengers required, flying by helicopter takes just 15 minutes and provides spectacular aerial views of the retreat and surrounding wilderness.

Self-drive

For those preferring complete flexibility you can always self drive. There are several car hire companies operating from Broome who can provide a variety of vehicles and we have negotiated favourable rates for our guests with "BroomeBroome" car rentals - www.broomebroome.com.au; and Europcar - www.europcar.com.au.

When collecting your vehicle, be sure to pick up a copy of the Eco Beach day tours brochure which contains straightforward directions on how to get to us.

Boat

If you are lucky enough to own your own boat and wish to cruise or sail across to Eco Beach, then please be aware that we have limited mooring facilities which must be pre-booked in advance of your stay. If there are no moorings available then we will encourage you to anchor in front of the retreat in a safe and responsible manner, paying particular attention to the proximity of other vessels and the large tidal variations of this area.

We also do not provide a tender service for private vessels so you will need to ensure you have your own means of transporting your passengers and luggage safely to shore.

Whether you are sailing your boat across Roebuck Bay from Broome or have a small tinny you wish to trailer by road, we welcome private boat owners to Eco Beach.

Guests driving or sailing their larger boats across the bay must be aware that we have limited mooring facilities which must be pre-booked in advance of your stay. If there are no moorings available then we encourage you to anchor in a safe and responsible manner paying particular attention to the proximity of other vessels and the large tidal variations of this region.

All boat owners arriving at Eco Beach and using our mooring facilities will be required to sign a disclaimer upon arrival. Eco Beach will not accept liability for any damage or injuries sustained whilst using our moorings.

We can launch and retrieve small dinghies up to 4m in length from the beach using our tractor. There is a $25 charge for this service and guests who are trailering small boats to the resort will need to contact reception using the radio at the entrance gates to advise of your arrival. For your benefit it is strongly advisable that you contact us in advance with your estimated arrival time so we can prepare the tractor for collection of your boat.

***Please note that due to the soft sand and steep nature of our beach we can only launch and retrieve dinghies up to a maximum length of 4 metres with no exceptions.
