Since re-opening, Eco Beach has won a number of awards across a number of different categories. We're very proud of our achievements, which could not have happened without the hard work and dedication of all our wonderful staff.

Australian Tourism Awards 2012: Silver

2012 Qantas Australian Tourism Awards

The 2012 Qantas Australian Tourism Awards were held in on Friday 15th February, 2013. These peak awards promote the tourism industry in Australia and recognise the excellence and achievements of tourism operators in Australia.

For the third year in a row, Eco Beach was a finalist in the Unique Accommodation category. We're very proud of this achievement and were very excited to walk away with the silver medal in this category.

Thanks to the National Tourism Alliance for a spectacular night and congratulations to all the other winners.

2012 West Australian Tourism Awards

The Western Australian Tourism Awards are the local industry's most prestigious awards and provide tourism operators with a wonderful opportunity to showcase their business.

Winners and medallists for the 2012 WA Tourism Awards were announced on the 10th of November, 2010.

Eco Beach was lucky enough to receive a Silver Medal for the Ecotourism Award. We also took out the Gold Medal for the Unique Accommodation Award for the third year running, meaning we have been added to the WA Tourism Hall of Fame.

We're extremely proud of our achievements and are honoured that we have been admitted to the Hall of Fame.

The AHA WA Hotel and Hopsitality Awards for Excellence have been recognising and celebrating achievement in the hotel and hospitality industry for over a decade.

Eco Beach was thrilled to receive the award for "Best Resort-style Accommodation" for the second year in a row.

2011 Qantas Australian Tourism Awards

The Australian Tourism Awards are the tourism industry's peak Awards – recognising and promoting excellence in tourism. First established in 1985, the Australian Tourism Awards are now owned and managed by the National Tourism Alliance (NTA), on behalf of the Tourism Council Western Australia (TCWA).

Eco Beach was lucky enough to walk away as winner of the Unique Accommodation Award for the second year in a row. Eco Beach would like to congratulate all the other winners and finalists.

2011 West Australian Tourism Awards

Tourism Council WA (TCWA) is committed to promoting and increasing awareness of the WA Tourism and encouraging consumers to choose WA's award winning businesses. The Western Australian Tourism Awards are an important way for local tourism operators to get the recognition they deserve, and to celebrate excellence in one of the most competitive industries in the world.

Winners and medallists for the 2011 WA Tourism Awards were announced on the 26th of November, 2010.

The Western Australian Tourism Awards are the local industry's most prestigious awards and once again Eco Beach had a great showing that we were immensely proud of.

Eco Beach took out several awards, including the top honour - the Sir David Brand Award for Tourism. It was a fabulous night where we were also lucky enough to pick up a few other awards as well:

The 2011 National Accommodation Industry Awards for Excellence were held in Sydney on the 24th of June. Eco Beach was lucky enough to pick up a silver award in the "Sustainable Tourism" category. Presented by the National Tourism Alliance (NTA) and Tourism Council Western Australia (TCWA) and sponsored by Qantas Airways, Tourism Australia and Tourism Western Australia, these, the 26th Australian Tourism Awards, were the industry's most important event of the year.

Finalists from each state and territory competed for these prestigious awards, and Eco Beach was lucky enough to walk away as winner of the Unique Accommodation Award for 2010. Eco Beach would like to congratulate all the other winners and finalists.

Luxury Travel Magazine's 2010 Gold List Awards

Eco Beach was a finalist in Luxury Travel Magazine's Best Luxury Eco Tourism category at the 2010 Gold List awards - the award for the best in environmentally conscious luxury travel.

This was the inaugural year of this award category, reflecting the ever-increasing focus that consumers and businesses are placing on minimising their impact on our planet. Eco Beach was very proud to be amongst the 14 finalists from all over Australia.

Eco Beach is ECO certified at the Advanced Ecotourism level

The ECO Certification logo is a globally recognised brand which assists travellers to choose and experience a genuine and authentic tour, attraction, cruise or accommodation that is environmentally, socially and economically sustainable.

Ecotourism at the Advanced Ecotourism level means the product is one of Australia's leading and most innovative ecotourism products, providing an opportunity to learn about the environment with an operator who is committed to achieving best practice when using resources wisely, contributing to the conservation of the environment and helping local communities.

Eco Beach has achieved ECO Certification at the Advanced Ecotourism level for all of our accommodation and several of our key tours.

Australia's North West Tourism (ANW) is the member-based regional organisation for the tourism industry in the North West. Its primary responsibility is to increase visitation to the region by marketing the destination to the domestic and international marketplace.

Western Australian Indigenous Tourism Operators Committee (WAITOC) is the peak not-for-profit association representing Indigenous tourism in Western Australia. WAITOC promotes Indigenous tourism and provides a supportive network for Indigenous tourism operators within Western Australia.

Tourism Council Western Australia Ltd (TCWA) is the peak body for the tourism industry in Western Australia.
